Branch operations, studied from the counters outward

Data Matrixbase Co., Ltd. has worked with Thai retail banking teams since 2016, focusing on the quiet metrics that shape customer waits and teller days.

Registered business

The official registered business name is Data Matrixbase Co., Ltd.. The company was established in 2016 in Bangkok and remains based at our Bangsoathong address.

Brief history

We began as a small advisory practice helping regional managers reconcile conflicting weekly packs. Early work was mostly paper diagnostics and scorecard workshops. As banks asked for lasting views of teller load and queue waits, engagements grew into full banking insight dashboard deliveries for branch operations—still grounded in floor visits, never in abstract product roadmaps.

Through the late 2010s we standardised a four-branch pilot pattern that many Thai networks still request before a wider rollout. Today the same partners who once marked wait definitions on whiteboards lead metric workshops and handoff sessions.

How we work with clients

We treat operations and MIS as joint owners. Definitions are written in plain language managers can defend in audit. Visual polish comes after the dictionary is locked. When a mild disagreement surfaces—overtime thresholds, lounge exclusions—we record it rather than paper it over.

Values that show up in deliveries

  • Floor time before chart time.
  • Comparable definitions across regions.
  • Pilots that teach, not ceremonies that rubber-stamp.
  • Handoffs your analysts can maintain without calling us weekly.
