A Thai retail bank asked for nationwide branch operations dashboards within a quarter. We narrowed the first wave to four contrasting branches, locked wait and teller-load definitions, and only then scaled the views.
Outcome. Regional managers adopted the pilot layouts with two filter changes; the wider rollout avoided a mid-project rewrite of metric dictionaries.
