Most dashboard work is quoted from branch count and data complexity. Diagnostics, workshops, and monthly briefings use clearer package rates.

What moves a project quote
- Number of branches and regional formats in scope.
- Quality and timeliness of queue, teller, and hierarchy extracts.
- Whether scorecard design is bundled with the dashboard build.
- On-site travel outside Greater Bangkok.
Deposits
Project engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the team, with the balance on handoff. Workshop fees are payable before the session date. Retainer invoices are issued monthly in advance.
