What Weekly Regional Packs Usually Leave Out

The quiet gaps in slide decks that branch insight dashboards are meant to close for operations directors.

Weekly packs for regional managers in Thailand often lead with deposit growth and product sales. Counter wait, teller overtime, and ATM cash-out incidents appear as footnotes—if they appear at all.

Those footnotes are exactly where customer friction accumulates. A branch can hit sales targets while running a forty-minute average wait on Saturdays. Without a dedicated operations view, that trade-off stays invisible until complaints rise.

A practical fix is a two-page operations insert: one page for wait and staffing, one for cash and exception items. Keep sales on the main pack. Do not force every metric onto a single crowded slide.

When the insert is fed from the same extracts as the insight dashboards, the Monday meeting and the live view finally tell the same story. That consistency matters more than adding another decorative chart.
